eth0 down after new kernel complie, how does it fix

I use centos 6.7 server.it is kernel 2.6.32.69.5xx.I have compiled a new kernel that is 2.6.32.69 on the system. than I start my sistem on new kernel , eth0 is down and i can not up it.

** /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0**

DEVICE=eth0
ONBOOT=yes
HWADDR=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
IPADDR=192.168.1.44
NETMASK=255.255.255.0

** /etc/sysconfig/network**

GATEWAY=192.168.1.1

** /etc/resolv.conf**

nameserver 8.8.8.8

please share the output of ifconfig -a many times latest kernel recreate interface with different name .

I get following text;

You may want to look in the messages from the Kernel by doing the dmesg command. You should see where the ethernet adapter is queried on the PCI bus. I suspect the problem is a permissions issue on one of the configuration files. You may want to check them also.

Delete auto_eth0 and ahain assign ip eth0
