Please sir help me import data to bin bash script

i want to import data in my script but i dont know how to import
please help me if i click up arrow key then get previous cmd (stored data in data.txt)
give suggestion .
this my script example
[echo “ss - Start Session - Remove all files from queue to SandBox”
echo “la - List all SandBox files”
echo “ls - List particular ship files in SandBox”
echo “lp - List all files being Processed”
echo “lps - List all files being Processed for particular Ship”
echo “lq - list all queue files”
echo “rs - Restore files from Backup to SandBox and Check”
echo “dk - Delete already processed files”
echo “pq - Pull perticular ship files from queue to Sandbox”
echo “pp - Pull perticular ship files from process to Sandbox”
echo “bq - Move particular ship(s) that have been fixed in SandBox, back into queue”
echo “bqB - Move some files for partiular ship from SandBox to BigBox”
echo “bqBA - Move ALL files SandBox to BigBox - Will require Manual Deletion of Local File”
echo “bqp - Move some files for partiular ship from SandBox to queue”
echo “cs - Check latest synch processed and files for ship”
echo “ce - Check and Update Manual Full Exports”
echo “es - End Session - Move all SandBox files back into queue”]

i didn’t get you what exactly you want. For importing the data into script
