Resolving duplicate tickets created by #nagios #Jira

Integrated nagios notification in JIRA Service Desk, whenever the host or service goes down JSD will automatically creating the tickets but if service is UP it will create new tickets. JSD should resolve the previous ticket which was sent by Nagios. Tries JEMH but not working. Any other option to automate this process.
