#1

My server is running with openssh version openssh-5.3p1-112.el6_7.x86_64. Now I need to update openssh to the latest version.

However, I don’t know the exactly version compatible with CentOS 6.6 x86_64. Can you help me in this case? Or send me the trusty link download openssh. Thank you so much.

At below is the result of yum update

$sudo yum update openssh-server.x86_64

I have updated openssh, however it it a stable version with CentOS 6.6. In repositories, it has no the latest version opsnssh.

To solve this, I have built the rpm for openssh from source http://openssh.com.
