BackUP and Restore in RedHat 5/6

Dear Friends,

Wishing you a warmest good morning. Can anybody suggests me which one would be the best Backup and restore package for Redhat linux. At present I am using RHEL 5. I want to Backup and restore of my data on regular basis. Kindly suggests me the best tool for the above purpose. You are also requested to mentioned the RPM packages for the above backup tools.
