Centos 6.7 minimized application does not apper in bottom bar

Hi Friends

Facing this issue in one of my centos 6.7 machine.
Like when user is minimizing any application like he uses openoffice, shutter and other graphical applications it disappears from bottom bar. For finding those running application user needs to press alt+shift-tab keys.

So please help how all minimized application should come bottom bar (normally we say task bar in windows).

It is solved with renaming 3 files those are .gone2 , .config, .gconf
