Directly launching program in terminal

I have genymotion software in Ubuntu. Which is installed in the location of ~/Downloads/genymotion/genymotion.
When i want to launch this, i need to type the entire path in the terminal.
What i need is, i don’t want type this entire path. i want just using genymotion command.
Example:
Take example of firefox. when we type firefox in the terminal, just type firefox; it will launch firefox. Same feature i want for genymotion.
