How to create PXE server in Centos to install ubuntu 14.04 & latest?

HI,

I have centos 6.5 I need to configure PXE Server to install ubuntu in my client machine, when I setup a new desktop or laptop.

To automate my installation I need this, now a days am installing through USB or CD ROM to boot all the OS, can anyone can help with detailed steps.

I followed some tutorials but am not achieved correctly, so Please advice thanks.
