How to find out root cause of server reboot

Hello,

I have Red Hat 6.5 and its rebooting very frequently. Please provide some guidelines for finding cause for reboot. Its physical server of Dell.
Below is the entry in /var/log/messages

Feb 8 01:39:49 PRODP1HFVTCN15 ntpd[6529]: 0.0.0.0 c016 06 restart
