How to prepare Linux Vulnerability Report

Hi Guys,

Am looking for steps or any tutorial to prepare Linux Vulnerability report, can anyone please give me idea to prepare.

Nearly we are having 33 + servers in Major Cloud Services, we need to confirm the vulnerability in all the server.

a) Vulnerability Check List

b) Documentation idea

Please help me out this thanks in advance.
