How to restrict the root access for user

Hi,

I want know about how to restrict the user root.

For example: when i logged in user then type sudo su it will not login as a root it will show any warning messages.

Please advice me for this.

I’m struggling with this sudo problem please give me the correct steps.

I didn’t get you can you explain in more detailed and we covered almost all kind of sudo issues and configuration’s you can search by using search option at right-side top corner

Yes i checked but i did not get solution. my question is in Ubuntu server i login into normal user that time i type sudo su but i will not go to root. i want show like this ## sudo: effective uid is not 0, is sudo installed setuid root?
