phpMyAdmin - Web based MySQL browser written in php, which allows only localhost by default, but allowing phpMyAdmin to anyone other than localhost should be considered dangerous unless properly secured by SSL.

Your question is confusing, are you asking question about phpMyAdmin installation or just telling about the security for remote access and I really don’t know why you just copy pasted the whole Apache phpMyAdmin configuration here…
