Problem in access to linux server with ftp protocol

hi. i have a centos server, with a directory named “voip”. i want to permit a user to access to voip directory with ftp. but, i don’t want that user have access to all directories, only access to voip directory with ftp.

please help me.

For that you have to do some changes in vsftpd.conf

Uncomment following directive and save the file

#vim /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf

chroot_local_user=YES ----> uncomment it

restart the service
